Frequently Asked Questions:

1. Via customer account on the home page you can click on the "forgot password" button.
2. Enter your username.
3. A message will be sent to the e-mail address you entered. To reset your password, click on the link in the message.
4. Your password will be replaced by an automatically generated password which you will receive by e-mail
5. Log in to your pneuparts customer account with your username and password that you received by email.
6. You can change the password via "Your data".

Do you want to pay your order afterwards via an invoice? First enter your details via the Buy on account form. Your request will be processed as soon as possible. You will receive a response to your request within 1 working day. We perform a credit check on all applications.

Navigate to the desired item in the webshop and enter the desired number.
At the top right you can immediately see if the item is in stock or not.

Orders are, if in stock, usually shipped the same day and delivered to you the next day.

Pickup, fetch:
You can pick up your order daily between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. at Pneuparts, Florijn 10b/c Deurne.

Same day delivery:
Express orders can be delivered the same day by a courier for a fee.

It is not necessary to become a Pneuparts customer in advance to be able to order at Pneuparts.com.
Place the desired items in your shopping cart, follow the steps to complete your order and pay immediately. After completing and paying your order you are automatically a Pneuparts customer and you can log in directly to your customer account.
