Request the return form via email (sales@pneuparts.com) or by phone (+31 (0)493 763 993).

Of course, you can return the item(s) in accordance with our return policy.

You can register your return within 14 days using the return form. 

What are our return conditions?

Please note the following:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Products must be complete, unused, and in their original packaging.

• Damaged products cannot be returned.

• Hoses and pipes can only be returned in full roll or pipe lengths.

• Products specially ordered for you cannot be returned.

• All other matters are subject to our general terms and conditions.

Shipping instructions

• Request the return form via email (sales@pneuparts.com) or by phone (+31 (0)493 763 993).

• Fill out the return form as completely as possible.

• Email the form back to sales@pneuparts.com

• You will receive a return number from us; please remember to mention this number on the return form. 

• We cannot process returns without a return number.

• Include a copy of your completed return form with your return shipment.

• Clearly state the return number on the outside of your package.

• Pack the return item(s) in an outer box to prevent damage during transport.

What are the return costs?

Processing fees apply for returning an order; these are specified on the return form.
Please note: these return costs are non-refundable.

You are responsible for returning the products, including shipping costs. The amount depends on the shipping partner you choose.

Return due to incorrect delivery

An order that was incorrectly delivered by us is at the expense of Pneuparts.com.
