Filler valves (start-up valves) Pneuparts model series, up to 10000 l/min

Materials:
Body: Grivory® (PA 66), cover: POM, seals: NBR

Temperature range:
-10°C to max. +50°C

Media:
Oiled and unoiled compressed air, neutral gasses

Advantages:
•Easy assembly of individual components using coupling kits within a model series, •Delivery includes an exhaust silencer, if necessary

Input pressure:
2,5 - 16 bar ( Baureihe 0: 2,5 - 12 bar)

Function:
The machines are allowed to breathe gradually via an orifice. Once the pressure reaches a value of approx. 50% of the input pressure and the cylinders have slowly moved into their initial position, the start-up valve switches over to maximum throughway. The speed of the pressure build-up can be controlled using an adjustment screw.

ATEX:
Operating material without its own potential source of ignition in accordance with Directive 2014/34/EU (not model series 0)

Warning:
Shut-off valves (e.g. ball valves) must be installed before the filler valve!
