High-pressure ball valve with electric actuator up to 500 bar

MORE INFORMATION

High-pressure ball valve with electric actuator up to 500 bar

Advantages:

  • 2 additional limit switches
  • Torque limit cut-out (torque limiter)
  • Variable voltage (direct or alternating current)
  • Manual override
  • Integrated heater in the actuator housing

Materials (Galvanized Steel):
Body: galvanized steel
Ball: hard chrome-plated steel
Ball seal: POM
Stem seal: NBR

Materials (Stainless Steel / RVS):
Body: stainless steel 1.4571
Ball: stainless steel 1.4571
Ball seal: POM
Stem seal: NBR

Temperature range:

-20°C to max. +100°C (stainless steel: -30°C to max. +100°C)

Media:

Hydraulic oil, heating oil, vacuum (max. -0.3 bar), (water only after our explicit approval)

Part-turn Actuator (Electric Actuator)

Description:
Electric part-turn actuator with visual position indicator, manual override, and enclosure heater. Two additional limit switches are integrated for further control functions. An electronic torque limiter prevents damage caused by overload. The manual override can be operated without removing the housing.

Please note:
Do not mount or operate upside down!

Materials:
Housing: PA 6 (Polyamide 6)

Temperature range:
-20°C to +70°C

Voltage:

24 - 240 V AC/DC (actuators are suitable for both direct and alternating current)

Protection class:

IP 67

Duty cycle:

75%

Please note:

At high media temperatures, the actuator may require additional cooling (for example, by using a mounting kit/bracket or cooling extension)!
