Polyamide hose, PA PAN

FEATURES

 

Flexible Polyamide 12 of chemical origin, PHL (plasticized, light stabilised). Raw material has been manufactured in compliance with the requirements of DIN 73378/74324 with excellent resistance to ageing, dimensional stability at high temperatures and low plasticizer migration. Manufacturable in 8 different colors.

TEMPERATURE

 

Products of the series PA can be used in a temperature range from -40°C to 80°C.

 

 

 

TOLLERANCES

 

± 0,07 on wall thickness

 

± 0,07 on oØ up to Ø 10 mm

 

± 0,1 on oØ from 12 to 22 mm

 

± 0,5% on weight

 

 

 

Roll length:

 

25, 30, 50 and 100 meters

 

 

 

Guide values for pressure use in temperature load:

 

up to + 20 ° C: 100%, + 30 ° C: 87%, + 40 ° C: 74%, + 50 ° C: 64%, + 60 ° C: 56%, + 70 ° C: 51%, + 80 ° C: 46%, + 90 ° C: 43%, + 100 ° C: 34%
