Materials

Housing and release ring: Polypropylene, threaded part: Polypropylene or stainless steel AISI 304, pattern: Stainless steel AISI 304, seals: EPDM with PTFE coating (cylindrical thread with EPDM O-ring with hollow spaces), locking jaws: Stainless steel AISI 301, plastics and seals used have FDA approval (only silicone-free seals and lubricants are used during assembly)

Temperature range:

-20°C to +80°C

Operating pressure:

-0.95 to 9 bar (up to max. +20°C), 30°C: 6 bar, 40°C: 5 bar, 50°C: 4 bar, 60°C: 3.4 bar, 80°C: 3 bar. No pressure reducers for types of IQSG ... PP ES, IQSF... PP ES & IQSS ... PP ES.

Media:

oil-free compressed air, water (also demineralised), harmless gases and liquids (no mineral oils)

Indication:

Due to the mechanical properties of the material polypropylene, the plug-in connections must not be exposed to increased mechanical loads. The return of opened packages is excluded.

Advantages:

•Simpler and more affordable as stainless steel plug connectors, •Cleaned, assembled and individually packaged in cleanroom (US FED 209D, Class 10000 - ISO 14664-1 Class 7), •Oil- and silicone-free, •Polypropylene or stainless steel threaded pieces, •Transparent body allows a view of medium in inside of connection, •Plastics and seals used are FDA approved
