Aircom Modified PVR Plastic Induction Loop System

Application:
Compressed air.

 

Quality:
Compressor oil resistant, impact resistant with the lowest air resistance, 100% corrosion resistant. Lightweight, very important in assembly. Flame retardant, self-extinguishing class M2 PV No.96.43091. - Bs1d0 -.

Installation:
Adhesive connections: Only use special Aircom glue. Do not use ordinary PVC glue. If Aircom glue is applied, Aircom gives a warranty of >10 years on this induction loop system. The maximum curing time is 24 hours. About 1 hour after installation, a working pressure of up to 6 bar does not cause a problem. After 24 hours, + 12.5 bar at +25°C is permissible. Do not install the system in direct sunlight and close to heat sources. When hanging the system, allow for free expansion! For large lengths (>50 metres), use expansion bends!

7.4 x > steel.

Working pressure:
13 bar

Temperature range:
-20°C to +50°C.
