Materials:
Polyether polyurethane sheath with a copper-clad steel spiral inserted into the wall

Temperature range:
-40 to +100 °C (short-term +125 °C)

Properties:
High-quality, permanently anti-static polyurethane hose, high wear resistance, high elasticity and aging resistance. Halogen- and plasticizer-free, highly resistant to solvents, oils, greases, gasoline, hydrolysis and microbes, degradable. Because of the transparency, the work steps can be observed well.

Scope:
Extraction (industrial vacuum cleaner) of gases, chips, oil mist, paint mist or dust, for the passage of granules, gravel, sand, dust, wood, grain, cement or oil, in the chemical industry, paint and varnish industry, wood industry (also applicable in fire hazardous areas).

Electrical resistance:
R < 1000 MOhm/m

Advantages:
•high wear resistance,
•the transport material is not very noticeable due to relatively smooth inner walls,
•hydrolysis and microbe resistant, suitable for water,
•flame retardant in accordance with DIN 4102 B1 (not suitable for food),
•according to TRGS 727 permanently antistatic & distractable according to BGI 739-2 when the spiral is grounded (not with the food-grade option)

Optional:
Suitable for food in accordance with Regulations (EC) No. 1935/2004 & (EU) No. 10/2011 (simulants A, B, C, D1, D2 & E), FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 & 178.2010, not antistatic, without B1 authorisation / TRGS, not in accordance with DIN 26057 -LE
