PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride)

 

Scope of application and general chemical resistances

PVDF: Resistant to acids, saline solutions, aliphatic, aromatic and chlorinated hydrocarbons, alcohols and halogens. Limited use for ketones, esters, ethers, organic bases and alkaline solutions. 

 

Temperature operation:

PVDF: -40 °C to max. +140 °C

 

Operating pressure:

10 bar

 

Connection principle "1" for hoses (not for PTFE hoses):

PVDF:

•The hose is slid over the fixed hose spout into the coupling and latched with an elastic clamping ring by tightening the knurled nut.

•The elastic clamping ring allows multiple uses within the same coupling. This means that the coupling can be loosened and closed again with the same clamping ring.

•All threads and hose spouts (for hose mounting) have no seams.
