Are you looking for powerful pneumatic cylinders for heavier-duty applications? Our ISO 15552 compliant cylinders (formerly ISO 6431 / VDMA) are the most widely used cylinders in the industry. Thanks to this international standard, dimensions and mounting interfaces are universal.

Universally interchangeable

The key advantage of the ISO 15552 standard is that these cylinders can be directly exchanged one-to-one with cylinders from other well-known brands. They are fully compatible with, among others:

• Festo: DSBC, DSBF and DSBG series

• SMC: CP95 and CP96 series

• Aventics / Bosch Rexroth: PRA and TRB series

• Parker: P1D-B series

• Norgren: PRA series

Custom solutions from our own workshop

Sometimes a specific stroke length is required that is not available as a standard item. For cylinders up to a diameter of 125 mm, we offer a fast solution: these are custom-made in our own workshop. This allows you to quickly obtain the right cylinder without long lead times for special designs.

Options and configurations

As these cylinders often move heavy loads, they are available in various configurations, such as:

• Different diameters: Available from Ø 32 mm for lighter duties up to Ø 320 mm for the heaviest applications.

• Cushioning: Standard equipped with adjustable end-of-stroke cushioning to smoothly absorb piston impact and reduce stress on the machine.

• Sensing: Equipped with a magnetic piston, allowing easy position detection via sensors mounted in the cylinder grooves.

Accessories and mounting

In addition to the cylinders themselves, we also supply all associated ISO-compliant accessories, such as mounting feet, clevises, pivots and the appropriate sensors. This enables immediate installation and commissioning of the cylinder.
