Prepay

Prepay means that after entering your order you transfer the outstanding order amount to the bank account of Pneuparts. When transferring manually, always state the order number on your order confirmation.

PLEASE NOTE: Prepayment is not the fastest method of payment. Therefore take into account one to three business days transfer time. As soon as we have received the payment, we will immediately email you a confirmation of receipt and we will send the order the same day.


Credit card

At Pneuparts credit cards from MasterCard and Visa are very welcome. It is not possible to pay with a Visa Debit Card, American Express or foreign credit cards. For the connoisseurs: via an SSL-secured server. As soon as we have checked your credit card details, we will ship your order that day. Your credit card will only be charged after delivery. This does not apply to pre-orders.

It is possible to pick up your order between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. at our branch in Deurne. You can pay in cash directly there. PIN is unfortunately not possible.

Invoice

Your invoice is your proof of purchase. We always send invoices by e-mail, unless you have stated otherwise with your account details. We also store your invoice in your online account so that you can always easily consult it.

   
Invoice afterwards, purchase on account    
Do you want to pay your order afterwards via an invoice? First enter your details via the Buy on account form. Your request will be processed as soon as possible. You will receive a response to your request within 1 working day. We perform a credit check on all applications. View invoices    
Do you want to view your invoices? Then log in to your customer account and click on my invoices. view, print or copy invoice. You can download the invoice in your order overview. do you not have an online account? No worries. We save all your invoices and always send them digitally with the shipping confirmation.    
Pay outstanding invoices    

You will always find an overview of your outstanding invoices in your online account. You can pay for this by transferring the outstanding order amount to:

Payment failed or declined?

You have paid via iDEAL, but have not received an order confirmation?
You have paid via iDEAL, but are not sure whether your payment has been sent to us? Check with your bank whether money has been debited. If this is not the case, then the payment was not successful. You can place the order again via the webshop.

Has money been deducted, but you have not yet received an order confirmation? Then we advise you to wait a while. It may take a while before we receive your payment.
If you have not received an order confirmation from us after an hour, please contact our customer service. We can help you quickly using your order number.

Rejected credit card payments
It may happen that your payment is declined. Unfortunately we have no insight into the reasons.
Refused payments cannot be reversed. Your order has been canceled automatically and nothing will be charged.
Do you still want to receive the order? Then place it again and choose iDEAL or prepayment.

Why do we check credit card payments?
We believe it is important to protect our customers against fraudulent payments. Credit card payments are sensitive to fraudsters. Payments are objectively and automatically approved or rejected based on a large number of criteria. A payment is rejected if, for example, the CVC code or expiry date of the credit card is not entered correctly, but also if an unsafe Wi-Fi location where fraud has been committed is identified.

Refunds 

How do we pay you back?
If you have fully or partially returned an order, we will refund the amount to the account number known to us.

Where can you find the status of my refund?
Unfortunately, you cannot find the status of your refund, but we assure you that payment has been made within 3 working days after the return has been processed. Check your account number to see if the amount has been refunded.

You have not received a refund.
It differs per bank how long it takes for the repayment to be in your account. We always pay 3 working days after the return shipment. Is the amount not yet in your account after 5 working days? Then contact customer service.

You have not received an invoice, how can you still request it?
With your online Pneuparts account you can easily view and download invoices. Don't have an account? Then contact customer service and make sure you have the order number to hand. We will then immediately send you the correct invoice.

Pay afterwards at Pneuparts
Complete the purchase on account form.
Or pay via your credit card. When you place an order, the amount is reserved on your credit card. This amount will only be debited from your account after delivery. In this way you pay afterwards.
